Your new role

You will provide technical expertise in the delivery of project objectives and achieve results within a project or business delivery team in a multi-disciplinary setting. Deliver outputs from supplied specifications using agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered results.

In this role you will,
  • Provide (Local Office) onsite and remote technical support for all End User Computing (EUC) connected infrastructure (including laptops, printers / scanners, mobile / smart phones, tablets); some examples include support of Windows 10/11 operating system, Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and MS Office365 products).
  • Provide onsite (Local Office) ICT level 2/3 technical support for the commercial software applications utilised by local staff.
  • The management and distribution of the physical ICT laptop and desktop fleet, including updating asset registers (ServiceNow).
  • The configuration and support for networked multi-function devices (Papercut)
  • Facilitation of office refits and moves of the ICT end user hardware
  • Monitor ticket queues to action and triage tickets, ensuring prompt and accurate handling (ServiceNow)
  • Support users with video conferencing and telephony where needed (Microsoft Teams)
  • Responsible for day-to-day IT support to all staffs.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience (Cloud based or On Premises)
  • Active Directory and Microsoft Intune experience would be advantageous.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated ICT technical skills, and proven ability to learn and adapt to emerging situations.
  • Proven understanding of broader data networking, WAN, LAN (ethernet cable / wifi), and knowledge on switching between connection types.
  • Experience in onboarding users, imaging machines, upgrade software / hardware and decommissioning equipment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team, preferably in an ICT related role
  • Demonstrated lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and a positive work ethic.
  • A predisposition to seeking continuous self-improvement, researching and being curious.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
