Your new role

• Coordinate all incoming correspondence from the Customer Information Centre related to Network Operations.
• Assign / monitor and track the progress of cases.
• Assist in the development and drafting of customer replies / draft correspondence replies based on information supplied by team members.
• Coordinate the approval process for draft responses from the relevant managers and send the final version out via the Customer Management System.
• Work with the data team to develop a dashboard for the number of enquiries, reply timeframes, categorisation of enquiries and identify any key trends/themes from the enquiries.
• Liaise with the Customer Information Centre to streamline and triage responses, including assisting in the development of Key Lines and FAQs.

• Recent Police Clearance
