Your new role

As a Matrix Administrator within the Account Management Team (AMT), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Know Your Client (KYC) documentation throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. You'll support AMT Australia by reviewing client Matrix access requests, facilitating client data remediation, and ensuring seamless integration of vendor solutions for digitally signed documents and instant messaging platforms into the firm's infrastructure. Key tasks include data consistency checks, onboarding support, process updates, and project coordination.

What you'll need to succeed

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and detail-oriented abilities.

• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• The capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Banking (preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the banking sector (less experience may be considered).
