Your new role

The Estimator will play a crucial role in project planning and execution. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates using Builder Trend software, ensuring all projects are financially viable and completed within budget. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–3 years of experience in estimating, preferably within the project homes sector.
• Proficiency in using Builder Trend software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
