Your new role

Provide exceptional customer service through direct interactions, both in person and over the phone
Foster customer loyalty and trust in the CAT brand by consistently exceeding expectations
Handle emergency back orders efficiently and complete assigned tasks with diligence
Support the accurate reconciliation of cash sale account transactions
Perform general warehouse duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

Dedication to maintaining a safe and harm-free working environment
Capable of ensuring a clean and organised workspace
Familiarity with CAT products, parts, and services is advantageous
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in intermediate computer operations
Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
Must be able to complete pre-employment medial and police check prior to commencing
