Are you an experienced Engineer with the technical expertise and leadership drive to manage key engineering projects from conception through to delivery?

We have an exciting opportunity for 4 x Project Engineers/Project Managers to join our Project Management Office (PMO) to support our PMO team in delivering a range of municipal infrastructure projects in the region. 

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will enjoy undertaking a diverse range of rewarding capital works projects which will ensure that no two days are ever the same – from the construction of new bridges, buildings and roads through to the design and delivery of award-winning sporting precincts and parklands in our growing modern city. 

You will use sound project management methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will also involve coordinating resources, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of infrastructure and assets that:

  • Prioritise infrastructure delivery to accommodate population growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or Associate Degree in a relevant field (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated project management and contract management experience in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.
  • Strong engineering / technical knowledge and project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of relevant Acts, Codes of Practice and Standards.
  • Strong negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
