Your new role

You will play a key role in enhancing the Commercial Lending user experience. You will work closely with the Product Owner and squad to deliver both minor enhancements and significant strategic transformations. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing Pega and workflow applications, consulting across projects and driving the development of strategic programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid hands-on experience in DevSecOps and full-cycle engineering.
• Expertise in designing and developing Pega and workflow applications (is a must-have).
• Knowledge of core business and technical strategies to deliver the best outcomes.
• Confidence in consulting across projects and contributing expert advice to delivery planning.
• Ability to design, document and present formal solution designs.
• Experience with workflow tools like Appian and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Pega CLSA Certification (is a must-have).
• Familiarity with integration patterns, hosting patterns (Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure) and cloud domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in Agile & Scrum methodologies, SQL, CI/CD tools and performance tuning.
