Join a leading recycling operation making a real difference in sustainability and resource recovery. We’re hiring process workers/labourers for a hands-on role at a busy materials recovery facility (MRF) in the Northern Rivers region.

Your new role

• You’ll work in a fast-paced recycling facility helping sort and process materials to be reused and repurposed.
• Sorting recyclables along a conveyor belt
• Removing non-recyclables and contamination
• Identifying and categorising materials by type and size
• Reporting any faults or safety concerns

What you'll need to succeed

• This role suits people from all walks of life – no experience required!
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Enjoy hands-on work and being active on the job
• Can work various shifts between 5am–9pm, including weekends
• Are comfortable working in an industrial, fast-moving environment
• Have a positive, team-focused attitude
