Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for building strong supplier relationships and driving contract performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Procurement Relationship Manager – Managed Contractors to join our team in Osborne Park. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing top-tier contractor relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services across a complex portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Contract Management
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for FM contracts to ensure value for money.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee client contracts to ensure alignment with operational and commercial requirements.
Supplier, Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the key liaison for all commercial contract matters.
- Lead performance reviews, manage disputes, and ensure service excellence.
Operational & Commercial Oversight
- Collaborate with FM and procurement teams to align contract outcomes with business goals.
- Drive cost control, budget management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform procurement strategies.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and governance.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in FM procurement and contract management.
- Strong understanding of hard and soft FM service categories.
- Skilled in supplier/client performance monitoring and commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance frameworks and risk management.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.
- Ideal: Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
