The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Infrastructure Services Directorate for a Water and Sewerage Network Operations Worker (Licensed Plumber).

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and construction of plumbing, water, and wastewater infrastructure and assets across the council region. For the right candidate, we provide comprehensive relocation assistance and access to subsidised housing, ensuring a smooth transition and helping you settle comfortably into your new role.

Essential

1. Class C ‘Manual’ Drivers Licence
2. Licenced Plumber & Drainer

Desirable

1. MR Class Drivers Licence
2. Restricted Electrical Licence
3. Confined Space Certificate
4. Working at Heights certification
5. Trenching and shoring certification
6. Poly Welding Certification
7. Backflow prevention accreditation
