Senior Civil Design Engineer

We're hunting a dynamic individual with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate work experience to be the driving force behind our road and drainage infrastructure projects

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to take the reins on supervising and approving top-notch design documentation and training and mentoring our staff in effective and efficient production of design documentation.

You will enthusiastically embrace change, while helping others to do the same by applying skills that motivate, inspire, and foster a team environment. Achieving this by using your innovative, consultative, and flexible approach and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an engineering professional with a proven track record in designing Australian road and drainage projects. You'll need a solid understanding of compliance, risk minimisation and the environment in which a council operates and be looking for a chance to share your knowledge and help guide a driven team. In addition, you need to be highly proficient in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D.

Conditions of fulltime employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee 2024 Enterprise Agreement with a Level 8 salary of $112,473 gross per annum.
